Sinking afternoon
The sun is melting from its too hot heat
Into a puddle
on the hill
in the West
Night spills out
Black and shining,
sprinkled with silver sparkles
Glistening and wet it drips
and slides away
as sun evaporates
up into the sky once again
This time East Bringing day
